You would have to be playing directly on that machine to not receive any difference from the server, client side gaming online is different from lanning Casey.
To receive the "perfect registration" they are advertising you would have to be playing Source on the same Machine that the Server is being hosted on, therefore you wouldn't receive ping losses, choke, etc.
I'm not trying to say Eoreality is lying about their services, it's just that you cannot really provide such an server online, Yes, they may have modified the machines, they may have "perfect registration" on their side(Server Side), client side players are different. I guarantee that a European player would tell you the exact same if you could get them in the server. Modifying the Source engine doesn't effect client side variables.
