nah, really trust me (im dazed) on this one, 1366 is overpriced (a 'good' mainboard is at least $200 when you got similar boards for 1156 on the $120/140 price range), triple channel is not even a good performance improvement (even the improvement from single to dual channel was ridiculous, it just became a standard because of the memory amount used nowadays) and the 1156 will last for a while since intel hasn't decided much about their 1155 platform, but the 1366 is definately going to be left for the socket 2011 as soon as it comes out
if you wanna go only with intel quads, go for the i5 760 or the i7 870 depending on your available funds
they're easily overclockable with a decent cooler and you'll have great performance for a decent price
for the graphics card if you wanna keep it with nvidia yeah a gtx 460 1gb is really the new piece of gold, easily overclockable, decent power consumption and good temperatures/noise
if you wanna go a little bit higher the gtx 470 price dropped under the $300 range i think (it did in europe i mean) and it will be a good performance improvement, worth the money and here again that card is easily overclockable
but the fact it's the gf100 gpu will make you forget about the gtx 460's gf104 revision: since the gtx 470 is the first generation the noise, temperatures and power consumption are alot higher
still a good card with good performances, but alot more negative feedback on those points
