source is cpu dependent and intel literally has had their cock out and fiercely beating amd over the head with it, since intel went from netburst to core. much like amd did when the released the athlon 64. the problem with amd is that they haven't updated their architecture since then. they've updated their memory controller for ddr3, but thats it.
