Input signal out of range i need help

when i start up my pc it says input signal out of range and my SCREEN GETS ALL FUZZZY AND THE COLORS MESS UP AND I CANT SEE SHIT

AND

wont let me get to desktop area.....

can anyone help with this problem?

try plugging in a different monitor to your computer, it might be a graphics card problem, or push f8 during windows startup and see if safe mode works

The resolution on your pc isnt supported by your monitor. Plug in another monitor, change the resolution to like 8x6 and then plug in your new monitor.
