Hi, I was just going to buy the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 (it matches my mouse and mouse pad)
but I saw a ton of arrivals and forums that say that Cherry MX blue switches are horrible for gaming because you can't double tap them like in scenarios in CSS that you "strafe shoot" (when you shoot move shoot move...) and I also heard that the cherry mx black are heaven for fps gaming do I looked in my local stores online shop and I saw a couple of keyboards with blacks :

CM Storm Quickfire Pro/Rapid
CM Storm Trigger
Steelseries 6GV2/7G
Thermaltake MEKA,MEKA G1,MEKA G-Unit

In my opinion these keyboards are far far less attractive that the BWU
and I would really want to own it but unfortunately I can only buy ONE keyboard,
So I rented your opinions guys, do you like playing fps games with blues or black or neither? And is there really a double taping problem with the BW and with blue switches in general and is it really going to affect me if I'm an AWPer and I use a rifle for most of the time about 60%...
To sum it all up the BWU will fit perfectly among my rig and it looks awesome compared to the boring look of te other keyboards, but the reason of buying a mechanical keyboard in the first place is for FPS gaming so I will have to get one of the other keyboards if it will be a noticeable difference which leds me to the question of which one of the keyboards is the best in YOUR opinion for fps games because I don't want to hear some more BS about its personal preference.
Thanks in advanced,
Zach.

Hey, so I'm having problems detecting any devices on my Synapse 2.0. I have a Blackwidow TE that is not detected, but I kind of ignored it because I didn't really need it. Today I bought a Deathadder though and I WANT to change the dpi on it - and I'm unable to do so because opening Synapse 2.0, all I get is "Please connect a Synapse 2.0 enabled device".

I have tried reinstalling the drivers and restarting my computer, no help. I also tried removing the usb cable and putting it back in.

As a temporary workaround, I would be fine with just being able to change the dpi without getting the drivers to work.. Any way of doing that? Note that I have the Deathadder 2013 so I believe there are no legacy drivers for that.

Hi guys,

hopefully anyone of you can help me.

I am using the BenQ XL2420T.
My graphicscard is the: Nvidia GTX 570
And I am using: Win7 64 bit HOME

The screen is connected via DVI.

All driver are up to date.

I have the following problem:
When I am trying to change the refreshrate within the Windows options to 120 hz and click ok. Go back in, the value is back to 60 hz.
This happens every time when I try to change it directly within the Windows options.

When looking at my NVIDA settings the strange thing is that there are 120 hz enabled.
But it doesn't work...

Seems like it hasn't got the rights to override the Windows settings.

I also tried RefreshLock but my Windows is too strong to get beaten by any other software :(

Can anyone help me on this?

Thanks

Dear Friends,

Interested if there is anybody gaming on MacbookPro laptop around here. I have 15' Retina laptop and in my opinion CS GO runs pretty decently on it. I just started playing the game and wanted to see if anybody has any recommendations on system/game setup to get most of it on my system.
For example what would be ideal aspect ratio and resolution to get most fps? And maybe any specific in-game video settings?

My system info:
2.6 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB
2880 x 1800 Display

I'm aware that most of you guys are windows users, so no hate messages please! :D:rolleyes:
Best,

Hi guys!
So, as you've seen in the title I'm buying a new keyboard and I would like to know which keyboard you think it's the better for Fps games. My preferences and what I'm looking for in any keyboard is smooth keys , a little above the surface of the keyboard, and a palm surface (if included in the base surface) that don't retain fingerprints.
Here are my main choices:
Razer Lycosa
Steelseries 6GV2
Razer Arctosa

Thanks for reading and also for everyone that will share his own opinion .
