While playing on 800x600 on a CRT is there an advantage / disadvantage to using a small or medium crosshair? Or even large? I tend to even have issues seeing my crosshair on default small at times, any ideas?

In my opinion pistols are easier with a smaller xhair and rifles are easier with a larger xhair - the main thing is you don't want to lose your crosshair when you are aiming if you are bursting. If you are just basically aiming where you think your xhair is then that's bad.
