    Default Gaming Gear

Mouse: Deathadder (the new one with 3500dpi) *
    Mousepad: help!
    Keyboard: SteelSeries 7G *
Soundcard: Creative Labs X-FI Titanium Fatality Pro *
    Ram: help!
    Headphones: Siberias V2 *

    * = Willing to change for better but remaining around the same price.

Basically just looking for comfort. I really don't really see myself moving away from using the new Deathadder, but input is appreciated. I like the 7G because of the long wrist rest and who its mechanical and better than my G15, but that's the last thing on my list is to change my keyboard unless I gotta. I had great input for the Soundcard. I'm looking for a good mousepad that will work well with the Deathadder, but also easy to move around, since I am wanting to attend Lans. (Lol, i know rite?). I need input on RAM, 4GB, fast, my ram right now is just ram I found at my parents' work, so it's shit. The headphones I have right now are the 5hv2 Mouz (the white ones). Not really something I want to upgrade now, but I need input for the future.
Past mice I have used, are the G5, and currently the MX518. Main things I am looking to upgrade are just Mouse, mousepad and soundcard, and probably RAM. Thanks in advance, again for gaming posts.

Also, if you guys have something that I missed, please just post it. It's late, and I can't really think. So any other gaming gear that I missed, please just go ahead and post. Thanks

Bungie maybe? the mouse cord holder?? o.0

And deathadder works fine on qck heavy from steel series. Check that shit out.

For now 5hv2 is sick already. But the one down side for 5hv2 is the thinness of the cord. It's too thin that it may break down to a point when you can only hear one side of the headphone.

Ram you can try for you ballistix ram from crucial. Sweet ones, very high performance, a little pricy (roughly $130/4gb i think?), but worth every cent

The rest of you is good already xD

Had two 5hv2s, both broke because of the cord. Used to also have a QCK+ but upgraded to a Puretrak Talent, like it much better.

ur gonna have to find out what mouse surface is best for you. cloth, soft or hard surface,

    thats up to you.

dont go steel series on the headphones ever. the right ear on all the 5hv2's craps out eventually.

qck+ or qck+ heavy. only way to go. no one good uses any of those stupid hard plastic mouse pads.

HD555 from senheiser's just too expensive. Siberia from steel series the v2 or the v1 works just fine. Dont' get v1 though, its mic sucks.
