Yes, there are 120hz monitors now that blow 75hz monitors out of the water.

depends if you are going through a 3D setup where 120hz monitors is a standard for them

you can't play css in 3d. even if you could it wouldn't be a good idea.

i think the concept is great on paper, but in reality the technology isn't there to do it properly. the flickering is terrible, you automatically turn your 120hz display to 60hz, etc. the tech jsut isn't there to do it right.
