Default 6 years ago, been a long time!

Hey guys! A lot of you probably don't remember me. When I quit CAL was still booming and ESEA had just picked up source (not as a league, just able to pug). I'm so glad to see the that there is still a community. In fact, I was googling and reminiscing in the old days and found out that ESEA was now the league for CSS. I had no idea. I mean, I checked all the websites likes CAL, CPL, gotfrag?, etc, but I was certain the community was dead. I haven't even had a computer in the last 6 years (dern smart phones) but as soon as I realized there was still a community I went out and bought a computer just so I could start playing again haha. Anyways, I'm super excited to start playing again. Good job with NI and the site casey! One thing about the css community is that everyone likes competitive play and looks like you guys are helping everyone out nicely.

For those of you that don't remember me, its because I played in CAL seasons 1-5 lol. The good old days of EZ5, Forbidden, Hyper!, PowersGaming, etc. It's good to be back!

Thanks man. I'm hoping to get a few of the old JaG members back together but don't think its going to work out too well lol. Moffa is on an invite team right now along with k187. Camy said he's not coming back to cs either. calgeR says he not, but I think he loves the adrenaline rush of clutching too much to quit for good lol. Haven't talked to superj0n in forever, pretty sure he is married and doesn't play anymore. I think idesss has been playing cs:go so maybe he will be competitive again as well. If I can't get some of the old team back together I guess I'll have to try and find a new team. I feel like an old bastard now haha. I remember playing cs when I was 14 and super immature, now I gotta try and fit in with them lol.

hah trust me I can already tell. The interface is different, no more mIRC, and you can BOOST! Looks likes some of the changes are for the better. But one question, have they fixed the defuse glitch with a kit on the bomb lol

Yes. Pretty much every big bug in the game has been fixed, of course there are still a few minor bugs in the game, but IMO source is very playable as it is right now.

Thats good to hear. Hopefully they will perfect CS:GO for competition play. Maybe the game will be able to reunite all of the communities. Having a community for 1.6, and a separate community for source is really hurting competition gaming imo. If they came together, thats a lot more competition, and who knows what leagues would start up after that.

lol well you can imagine now the game has a bunch of fresh 14 year olds, who don't know you, don't respect you, don't respect themselves, don't respect their parents, and generally are a nuisance and annoying to play with or against. it was a lot more fun when i was 14 and i could atleast laugh with them. now its a mixture of laughing at them and pity.

csgo is getting better all the time.

I don't personally remember you but welcome back man, hopefully GO can reunite all of us lost souls and bring some back from the dead like yourself for some good, clean and fun competitive play.
